fix: remove OpenSats

Apparently our application "wasn't compelling enough", so we are no longer supported by a grant.
Despite all those sleepless nights, working through weekends, 1.2k gh stars, +100k users, countless projects that depend on LNbits in their stack, continues innovation and R&D.
We should have made some froffy broware I suppose 🤷, rather than actual useful software/hardware.
