This commit is not exhaustive, and it is a trend in this codebase to not
use StaticFiles() and instead use relative paths. This means the code
cannot run anywhere other than the source code directory, as it will not
find the files it is looking for

While rendering the tempaltes the link.lnurl() function was not found
as no request object was passed.
Compute the lnurl before rendering the template. This way we can avoid
computing it multiple times and do not to have to pass the request object
in the template.
