  • Add in-memory email queue with rate limiting (MAX_EMAILS_PER_HOUR)
  • Bulk send to event attendees now queues and returns immediately
  • Frontend shows 'Emails are being sent in the background'
  • Legal pages, settings, and placeholders updates
