# Spanglish Website Refund & Cancellation Policy

If Spanglish cancels an event, users may choose:

* Transfer to a future event

* Tickets remain valid for the new date
* Users unable to attend may request a refund

## 6. Payment Method Refund Processing
### 6.1 Card and Online Payments
Refunds are processed using the original payment method when possible.
